Vision & Purpose
As black lobbyists on Beacon Hill, we have a unique lens on power and politics. We know the way the system works. We also understand the assumptions and biases that underly it.
We're not here to "speak for" black people. That happens too often. Our purpose is to create a space and opportunity for black and brown people to be able to engage directly and access more power.
Black on Beacon Hill exists to unpack these dynamics.

We run the only MBE Certified Lobbying and Consulting Firm in Massachusetts, the Delaney Policy Group (DPG).
We have extensive experience in legislative drafting, policy development, compliance and regulatory affairs, and government relations.
